Subject: Ask Yourself About Your Communication

There are many obstacles that can prevent you from reaching certain outcomes during the communication process. Recently, there have been signs that indicated our communication skills were not producing the results we wanted. In some circumstances this forced feelings of frustration, conflicts, and resistance. Therefore, we have recently implemented a suggestion box.

The suggestion box should be used for your ideas, concerns, positive and negative feedback. This new system is a way for our company to communicate successfully. As a company, we feel that expressing your thoughts are a key factor to job satisfaction.

So far, we have seen great results and have been successfully working toward a positive environment. Through the suggestion box we have been able to directly understand your thoughts and determine how to change some situations. Ideally, our optimal goal is to involve every employee here at Ice Cream Junction. Therefore, feel free to professionally voice your thoughts at anytime.
