Scott deals with anywhere from countrywide to small business owners shipping and delivering products daily. Communicating, he says, is the most important part of his business. Networking and communicating is the only way he can build his clientele. He also has to effectively communicate with his employees making sure orders are completed on time and correctly. He advises others to incorporate good communication skills into their everyday life. Do not only use the skills learned from your career in the office.
